M14, 23 August 2008, Darryl Robertson I was doing some final testing on Equinox Image v1.8.0 but grabbed this shot of M14 - mainly because it was positioned well and had a 9th mag guide star. Seeing was not good and the best the AO-8 could do was a RMS error of about 1 pixel. ST-2000XCM with AO-8 and f/6.3 reducer. 7X5 minute exposures, CFA->LRGB, clip stack. |
