Having problems after an Equinox Pro update install
- Sometimes the preference file can get corrupted after an update install.
- First, write down your registration code (visible in the Registration Panel, Equinox menu).
- Now go to <home>/Library/Preferences and delete the ca.microprojects.Equinox6.plist preference file.
- Launch Equinox Pro and enter your registration code.
- If that does not solve the problem please contact Microprojects support.
